La incorporación de Nexo Fittings pone el broche de oro al año 2017 en LekuOna Global Solutions
En algo más de una semana daremos la bienvenida a un nuevo año y, como ya viene siendo costumbre, aprovechamos el momentos para hacer una pequeña retrospectiva de los hitos conseguidos en Leku-Ona Global Solutions a lo largo de 2017.
Por un lado, una de las mayores novedades del año ha sido la incorporación de la empresa Nexo Fittings a Leku-Ona Global Solutions con el objetivo de diseñar, fabricar y comercializar a nivel global una gama propia de racores hidráulicos para tuberías y tubos flexibles bajo la marca NX.
La gama de racores y conexiones hidráulicas de Nexo Fittings están fabricados en acero carbono según la norma ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, y diseñados de forma segura y sin fugas para la conexión de tuberías métricas con diámetros de 4 a 42 mm en la serie ligera, muy ligera y pesada.
Por otro lado, nuestro afán por la mejora continua en procesos y productos nos ha seguido caracterizando en 2017. Este año comenzamos la fabricación y montaje integral de depósitos hidráulicos a medida, no estándares, de diseño y fabricación a medida, con las funcionalidades, capacidades y diseño que el cliente desee.
Asimismo, apostamos por la incorporación en nuestro catálogo de una nueva gama de enchufes rápidos hidráulicos bajo la denominación Ultra High Pressure UHP 100 y UHP 150, fruto de la estrategia decidida en la inversión en I+D de la Faster por ofrecer productos de máxima calidad enfocados al sector industrial y de las herramientas de alta presión.
El colofón lo puso la inversión en maquinaria con la adquisición de una nueva curvadora BLM que completará la sección de curvado. De esta manera, la sección de tubos de Leku-Ona Global Solutions se compone actualmente de 6 curvadoras con diámetros que van desde OD: 4mm hasta OD: 102mm para curvar tubos de acero carbono, acero inoxidable, cobre o latón.
Leku-Ona con el deporte
Como todos los años, Leku-Ona ha afianzado su apuesta por los valores y filosofía del deporte patrocinando dos eventos deportivos estivales con gran apego en la zona: la travesía a nado Getaria-Zarautz y una de las pruebas de Kintopekos.
Todos los hitos conseguidos a lo largo de este año son fruto del esfuerzo y trabajo del equipo humano de conforma LekuOna Global Solutions, y que este año además se animó a participar en la X Carrera de Empresas organizada por Adegi en Donostia. El año que viene, ¡más y mejor!
The incorporation of Nexo Fittings puts the icing on the cake of the year 2017 at LekuOna Global Solutions
In little over a week we will welcome a new year and, as is becoming the tradition, we will take the opportunity to look back on the milestones achieved at Leku-Ona Solutions throughout 2017.
On the one hand, one of the biggest novelties of the year has been the incorporation of the company Nexo Fittings to Leku-Ona Global Solutions with the aim of designing, manufacturing and commercialising at a global level its own range of hydraulic fittings for flexible pipes and tubes under the NX brand.
The Nexo Fittings range of hydraulic fittings and connections are manufactured in carbon steel according to the ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353 standard, and are designed for the safe and leak-free connection of metric pipes with diameters from 4 to 42 mm in the light, very light and heavy series.
On the other hand, our ambition to continuously improve our processes and products has been an ongoing feature in 2017. This year we started with the integrated manufacture and assembly of customised non-standard hydraulic reservoirs, with a tailored design and manufacturing, made to the client’s functional, capability and design specifications.
Likewise, we are committed to the incorporation to our catalogue of a new range of hydraulic quick couplings under the name of Ultra High Pressure UHP 100 and UHP 150, which is a result of the strategic decision by Faster to invest in R&D in order to offer top quality products aimed at the industrial sector and high pressure tools.
The investment in machinery was topped off with the purchase of a new BLM tube bending machine which will complete the bending section. This means that the tubes section of Leku-Ona Global Solutions now comprises 6 bending machines with diameters ranging from OD: 4mm to OD: 102mm for bending carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and brass tubes.

Like every year, Leku-Ona has strengthened its commitment to the values and philosophy of sport by sponsoring two summer sporting events with a strong following in the area: the Getaria-Zarautz swimming competition and one of the Kintopekos contests.
All of the milestones achieved throughout this year are the result of the effort and work of the team at LekuOna Global Solutions, and which this year also took part in the 10th Company Race organised by Adegi in San Sebastian. Next year there’ll be more to come!
L’intégration de Nexo Fittings met la touche finale à l’année 2017 pour LekuOna Global Solutions
Dans un peu plus d’une semaine, nous accueillerons une nouvelle année et, comme d’habitude, nous prenons le temps de faire une petite rétrospective des étapes franchies par Leku-Ona Global Solutions tout au long de l’année 2017.
D’une part, l’une des plus grandes nouveautés de l’année a été l’intégration de la société Nexo Fittings à Leku-Ona Global Solutions dans le but de concevoir, fabriquer et commercialiser mondialement une gamme de raccords hydrauliques pour tubes et tuyaux flexibles sous la marque NX.
La gamme de raccords et de connexions hydrauliques de Nexo Fittings est fabriquée en acier au carbone conformément à la norme ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, et est conçue de manière sûre et sans fuite pour le raccordement de tubes métriques de diamètres de 4 à 42 mm dans la gamme légère, très légère et lourde.
D’autre part, notre volonté d’amélioration continue des processus et des produits a continué de nous caractériser en 2017. Nous commençons cette année la fabrication et le montage intégral de réservoirs hydrauliques sur mesure, non standards, conçus et fabriqués sur mesure, avec les fonctionnalités, les capacités et le design souhaités par le client.
Ainsi, nous avons misé sur l’intégration dans notre catalogue d’une nouvelle gamme de raccords rapides hydrauliques sous la dénomination Ultra High Pressure UHP 100 et UHP 150, fruit de la stratégie définie dans l’investissement en R+D de Faster pour offrir des produits de qualité supérieure destinés au secteur industriel et des outils à haute pression.
L’investissement dans la machinerie avec l’acquisition d’une nouvelle cintreuse BLM qui complètera la section de cintrage. Le département de tubes de Leku-Ona Global Solutions comprend donc maintenant de 6 cintreuses aux diamètres allant d’OD : 4 mm jusqu’à OD : 102 mm, afin de cintrer des tubes d’acier au carbone, acier inoxydable, cuivre ou laiton.

Comme chaque année, Leku-Ona a renforcé son engagement en faveur des valeurs et de la philosophie du sport en sponsorisant deux événements sportifs d’été avec beaucoup d’attachement dans la région : la traversée à la nage Getaria-Zarautz et l’une des épreuves de Kintopekos.
Tous les jalons atteints au cours de cette année sont le résultat des efforts et du travail de l’équipe humaine de LekuOna Global Solutions, et cette année, elle a également été encouragée à participer à la X Business Race organisée par Adegi à Saint-Sébastien. L’année prochaine, plus et mieux !
