NEXO FITTING EN EXPONOR CHILE 2019

Nexo Fittings (en representación del grupo Leku-Ona), estará presente en la feria EXPONOR CHILE 2019 con stand propio situado en el pabellón COBRE, stand nº157. Este stand está situado dentro del pabellón Español de EXPONOR2019. EXPONOR es un certamen que se celebra cada dos años en la región minera de Antofagasta, una de las importantes zonas mineras de América. . Exponer se convierte así en uno de los puntos de encuentro para el intercambio de negocios, conocimiento y experiencias de esta industria. La feria está organizada por la Asociación de Industriales de Antofagasta  y patrocinada por el Consejo Minero de Chile, el gobierno Regional de Antofagasta, Prochile, SONAMI y SOFOFA.

Nexo Fittings inició su andadura en Chile el año 2018. Gracias a la labor comercial desarrollada durante estos últimos meses, se ha dado a conocer entre los profesionales del sector de la hidráulica.  A fin de reforzar nuestra presencia en el mercado chileno y acercar nuestros productos a las principales cuencas mineras y empresas vinculadas al sector minero, Nexo Fittings participa por primera vez en una de las principales ferias a nivel mundial de este sector: EXPONOR 2019.

Su principal objetivo es dar a conocer la gama de conexiones en acero, según las normas ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, y diseñada de forma segura y sin fugas para la conexión de tubería métrica con diámetros de 4 a 42 mm en la series ligera, muy ligera y pesada. Así mismo, aprovechará la ocasión para promocionar la manguera hidráulica de alta presión con marca LOHT (Leku-Ona Hydraulic Technology), fabricada en España según las normas SAE (Estados Unidos), BS (Reino Unido), y EN (Unión Europea), utilizada en múltiples aplicaciones: aceite, pintura, agua caliente, etc., y para diversos sectores industriales: minería, agricultura, eólico, maquinaria, etc.

Nexo Fittings (representing the Leku-Ona group) will be present at the next edition of  EXPONOR CHILE 2019 with its own exhibition stand located in the pavilion COBRE, stand nº157. This stand is located within the Spanish pavilion of EXPONOR2019. EXPONOR is an event held every two years in the mining region of Antofagasta, one of the important mining areas of the Americas. . Exhibiting thus becomes one of the meeting points for the exchange of business, knowledge and experiences of this industry. The fair is organized by the Industrial Association of Antofagasta and sponsored by the Mining Council of Chile, the Regional Government of Antofagasta, Prochile, SONAMI and SOFOFA.

Nexo Fittings started its journey in Chile in 2018. Thanks to the commercial work developed during these last months, it has become known among the professionals of the hydraulics sector. In order to strengthen our presence in the Chilean market and bring our products to the main mining basins and companies linked to the mining sector, Nexo Fittings participates for the first time in one of the main fairs worldwide in this sector: EXPONOR 2019.

Its main objective is to present the range of steel connections, according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, and designed safely and without leaks for the connection of metric pipes with diameters from 4 to 42 mm in the light series , very light and heavy. Likewise, he will take advantage of the occasion to promote the hydraulic hose of high pressure with brand LOHT (Leku-Ona Hydraulic Technology), manufactured in Spain according to the standards SAE (United States), BS (United Kingdom), and EN (European Union), used in multiple applications: oil, paint, hot water, etc., and for various industrial sectors: mining, agriculture, wind, machinery, etc.

La empresa Nexo Fittings, S.L., nace en el año 2016 en Itziar-Deba, Gipuzkoa (Pais Vasco – España), de la mano del grupo Leku- Ona Global Solutions, con el objetivo de diseñar, fabricar y comercializar a nivel global una gama propia de racores hidráulicos para tuberías y tubos flexibles, bajo la marca NX (NeXo Fittings)

La gama de racores y conexiones hidráulicas de Nexo Fittings están fabricados en acero carbono según la norma ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, y diseñados de forma segura y sin fugas para la conexión de tuberías métricas con diámetros de 4 a 42 mm en la serie ligera, muy ligera y pesada.

Plan y estrategia de internacionalización 2017-2020

El actual entorno económico internacional se caracteriza por su dinamismo y requiere de las empresas una visión cosmopolita de la actividad económica y de las estrategias empresariales.

Para ello,  Nexo Fittings ha desarrollado un plan de internacionalización 2017-2020 enfocado principalmente a afrontar de manera concreta y organizada su proceso de salida al exterior, con el firme objetivo de posicionarse como referencia en el mercado global de soluciones de acoplamiento de tubos y conexiones para sistemas hidráulicos. 

La familia Leku-Ona sigue aumentando

Leku-Ona es capaz de ofrecer soluciones para las necesidades del mercado gracias a la fortaleza de un grupo formado por Comercial Leku-Ona (fabricación y comercialización de una amplia gama de productos y componentes relacionados con la automatización en las áreas de la Hidráulica y Neumática, así como en Tubo Conformado), Urtzinox (diseño y optimización de procesos vinculados al suministro, logística y fabricación), MKL (mecanizado y corte Láser), BOSTAK (montaje y soluciones de sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos), y, ahora, Nexo Fittings (diseño, fabricación y comercialización a nivel global de racores hidráulicos para tuberías y tubos flexibles).

La base estratégica de todas ellas se fundamenta en una constante actitud de búsqueda y mejora en sus áreas correspondientes, y las sinergias que se crean entre ellas. The company Nexo Fittings SL was founded in 2016 in Itziar-Deba, Gipuzkoa (Basque Country, Spain) by the Leku-Ona Global Solutions group, with the aim of designing, manufacturing and globally marketing its own range of hydraulic fittings for pipes and flexible tubes, under the brand name NX (NeXo Fittings).

The Nexo Fittings range of fittings and hydraulic connections are manufactured in carbon steel according to ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353, and are designed for the safe and leak-free connection of metric pipes with diameters from 4 to 42 mm in the series light, very light and heavy.

Internationalisation plan and strategy 2017-2020

The current international economic environment is characterised by its dynamism and requires companies to have a cosmopolitan view of economic activity and business strategies.

To achieve this, Nexo Fittings has developed an internationalisation plan for the period 2017-2020 focused primarily on addressing its expansion into foreign markets in a well-defined and organised manner, with the firm objective of positioning itself as a leader in the global market for pipe coupling and connection solutions for hydraulic systems. 

The Leku-Ona family continues to grow

Leku-Ona is able to offer solutions that respond to the needs of the market thanks to the strength of a group formed by Comercial Leku-Ona (manufacture and marketing of a wide range of products and components related to automation in the areas of Hydraulics and Pneumatics , as well as Tube Forming), Urtzinox (design and optimisation of processes related to supply, logistics and manufacturing), MKL (machining and laser cutting), BOSTAK (assembly and hydraulic and pneumatic system solutions), and now NEXO FITTINGS (design, manufacture and global marketing of hydraulic fittings for pipes and flexible tubes).

La société Nexo Fittings, SL, a été fondée en 2016 à Itziar-Deba, Gipuzkoa (Pays Basque – Espagne) par le groupe Leku- Ona Global Solutions, dans le but de concevoir, fabriquer et commercialiser à l’échelle internationale une gamme propre de raccords hydrauliques pour tuyauteries et tuyaux flexibles, sous la marque NX (NeXo Fittings)

La gamme de raccords et de connexions hydrauliques de Nexo Fittings est fabriquée en acier carbone conformément à la norme ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353, et est conçue de manière sûre et sans fuite pour le raccordement de tubes métriques de diamètres de 4 à 42 mm dans la gamme légère, très légère et lourde.
